So the verdict is in.

I have planters fasciitis.

I’ll write more on it as I go on, but the main point is I have a lot of heel pain. It feels like I have a deep bruise on my heel and every step hurts it.

I got a brace sock that is suppose to help it heel stretched.

We’ll see how it goes.

I’ve been running for 2 years and a month.

So far the worst I’ve had are some stiff knees and the occasional blister.

but something evil has been lurking in my right foot. I’m not sure what it is, but after the 10k in November I felt like my heel has a bruise deep inside. Almost like the bone is bruised.

I don’t have issues stretching it or with mobility, but when I put weight on my heel it hurts like hell.

I thought I just hurt it a little, so I let it go. And let it go, and let it go.

So here we are 4 months later and I’m going to the Dr. I had a particularly painful weekend after playing baseball.
